Job Overview

Abbott is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Clinical Site Operations to join its Clinical Research and Development team in Gurgaon, India. This role involves managing global clinical site operations, supervising clinical operations teams, supporting clinical trial execution, and overseeing clinical device logistics and accountability processes for global clinical studies.

The selected candidate will support clinical trials across their entire lifecycle, including study start-up, conduct, and closure while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), regulatory standards, and Abbott Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

This position is ideal for experienced clinical operations professionals with leadership expertise, global clinical trial exposure, and strong people management capabilities.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience
  • Experience in:

Preferred Experience
