About the Role

ThePharmaDaily.com invites applications for the position of Medical Information Assistant in India. The Medical Information Assistant supports the Medical Information function by handling documentation, tracking inquiries, assisting with response preparation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support medical information operations by assisting with documentation and inquiry management processes

  • Log and track medical information requests in designated systems with high accuracy

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing standard responses using approved product labeling and scientific materials

  • Ensure timely follow-up and coordination with internal stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines

  • Support quality checks and internal documentation audits

  • Contribute to maintaining data privacy and confidentiality standards

  • Assist in additional operational or administrative activities as assigned by management

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or related healthcare discipline

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and basic pharmacology concepts

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience Required

  • 0–2 years of experience in Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research, Healthcare Operations, or related life sciences domains preferred

  • Fresh graduates with strong academic background and relevant internship exposure may apply

Work Model
