Role Overview

This Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) role is part of a future talent pipeline for upcoming opportunities in India. It is designed for candidates looking to start or build their careers in clinical research and clinical operations.

The CTA supports clinical trial execution by assisting with site management, documentation, regulatory tracking, and coordination activities, ensuring compliance with global clinical research standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Clinical Operations teams in managing investigator sites

  • Assist in maintaining Trial Master File (TMF) and ensure audit readiness

  • Prepare, review, and update clinical trial documents, site manuals, and study materials

  • Track, manage, and update clinical and regulatory documentation across systems

  • Coordinate communication between sponsor, sites, and internal teams

  • Handle shared mailboxes, site queries, and document routing efficiently

  • Manage logistics including ordering, packaging, shipping, and tracking of study supplies

  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and tracking action items

  • Support Case Report Form (CRF) handling and query resolution processes

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements


Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field (preferred)

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in clinical research, pharmacovigilance, or healthcare domain

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Basic understanding of clinical trials and documentation processes

  • Ability to work with digital tools, databases, and evolving technologies

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a global CRO environment
