Job Title: Analyst – Lab Water Solutions

Job Summary

A leading healthcare and life science organization is hiring an Analyst – Lab Water Solutions to manage technical support and troubleshooting for lab water systems. Based in Bangalore, this role focuses on customer interaction, equipment maintenance, issue resolution, and service contract management for Lab Water Solutions products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical proficiency in lab instrumentation, and strong problem-solving abilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle technical inbound calls regarding system breakdowns from customers.

  • Troubleshoot system alerts, errors, and alarms with expertise in lab water systems and filtration technologies.

  • Prioritize support for critical healthcare and clinical customers, ensuring quick and effective solutions.

  • Process and validate Work Orders (WO) for billing and service task completion.

  • Follow-up on billable repair quotes and ensure timely order processing and payments.

  • Manage service contract renewals, supporting preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Oversee workflow management of all transactional service activities.

  • Maintain clear internal communication during Business Continuity Processes (BCP) and resource management.

  • Ensure timely task completion within Service Level Agreements (SLA) while meeting quality standards and service targets.

  • Propose and implement changes aligned with organizational change management strategies.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in technical support, instrumentation handling, and customer service (years not clearly specified in JD).

  • Strong technical knowledge of lab instrumentation and equipment maintenance.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
