Job Summary:

The AFL Partner will anchor the operation of the Awareness for Life initiative, handling support team work streams, assisting in planning, and strategizing the scale-up of operations. The role involves developing partnerships with top executives (CHROs, CMDs, CEOs), driving business development, and supporting the sales team to meet targets. The individual will also collaborate with the Dr. Reddy's Foundation for Health Education (DRFHE) to expand the healthcare network and contribute positively to GG India revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development:

    • Engage with CHROs, CMDs, and CEOs to expand and scale up partnerships with conglomerates and organizations.

    • Increase the contribution of doctors, hospitals, and nursing homes engaged through DRFHE to positively impact GG India's revenue.

  • Sales & Operations Support:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met and help drive growth within the pharmaceutical business.

    • Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the pharmaceutical sales and operations team.

  • Business Development:

    • Identify new business development opportunities, including strategic partnerships, growth, and expansion in the pharmaceutical sector.

    • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to spot potential opportunities and threats.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Generate and analyze reports on training effectiveness, sales performance, and business development activities to assess impact.

    • Provide key insights and metrics to guide the business strategy.


Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Science, along with a Post Graduate degree in Management.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, event management, or healthcare industries.

  • Preferably, 3-5 years of experience in activation and liaising.


Skills & Attributes:

Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the pharma business, sales, and marketing processes.

  • Expertise in critical thinking, assessment, and analysis, with proficiency in developing strategic frameworks.

  • Strong experience in business models, service design, and delivery.

  • Proven ability in training and field visits to engage with diverse stakeholders.

  • Skilled in report writing and presentations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

  • Some experience with publications such as articles, blogs, or books.
