Position Overview
The AR Caller will play a key role in supporting medical billing processes for US-based clients. The role involves calling insurance companies, managing claim follow-ups, handling denials, and ensuring successful revenue cycle management (RCM).
Responsibilities
Call US insurance companies to follow up on claims, check claim status, and provide updates.
Identify and document denials accurately.
Work on denied claims and take appropriate corrective actions.
Participate in RCM processes involving data management, analysis, and voice processes (AR calling).
Handle charge and payment posting, appeals, refiling, and denial management.
Work independently and meet targets effectively.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Experience: At least 2 years in AR Calling and Revenue Cycle Management.
Strong knowledge of AR Calling, Analysis, and Denial Management.
Experience with Appeals, Refiling, and Denial Management processes.
Knowledge of charge and payment posting in medical billing.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in night shifts.
