Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Position Overview

ARDEM, a leading Business Process Outsourcing and Business Process Automation service provider, is looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team. This remote position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing finance services, working with a customer-focused team, and is excited to learn and grow within the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process a high volume of vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment before the due date.

  • Ensure that internal controls are operating effectively, reviewing approvals for each invoice.

  • Perform 3-way matching (invoices, PO, and receiving documents) to ensure they reconcile.

  • Submit invoices for additional approvals as necessary.

  • Review RNV reports and research items to clear discrepancies.

  • Adhere to accounts payable policies and desk-level procedures (DLPs).

  • Communicate regularly with internal and external customers.

  • Propose solutions for process improvements.

  • Allocate unassigned invoices for month-end processing.

  • Additional duties as required.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of accounts payable processing experience.

  • Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and ERP systems.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure.

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to follow up and address pending matters.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


Competencies

  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively.

  • Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive data.

  • Flexibility and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

  • Proficiency with technical tools such as AnyDesk for remote work.

  • Laptop/desktop: Windows OS, 14-inch screen size, FHD resolution (1920x1080), Intel i5 processor or higher, 8GB RAM minimum.

  • Internet speed: 100 MBPS or higher.
