Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Product) – San Francisco or Remote

Position Summary

Arine is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to enhance its SaaS platform and optimize patient outcomes. The role involves supervising product quality, developing clinical content, and serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will blend clinical expertise with a passion for healthcare innovation.


Core Responsibilities

Platform Development and Maintenance:

  • Improve clinical algorithms, protocols, and guidelines.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, responding to queries and triaging issues.
  • Test new clinical content and assist in product development.

Patient and Client Support:

  • Deliver clinical recommendations to optimize medication use and achieve quality measures.
  • Train new platform users and support customer demonstrations.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and state/federal regulations.
  • Stay informed of emerging patterns, guidelines, and best practices in medication management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed and in good standing with a Board of Pharmacy.
  • Completion of a PGY-1 residency or equivalent experience; board certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of chronic disease management and prescription guidelines.

Skills:

  • Expertise in CMS, PQA, HEDIS measures (e.g., MTM, Part D adherence).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with EHR/pharmacy tech systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving technology.

Additional Assets:

  • Experience with health plan formularies, medical claims, or pharmacy tech integration.
  • Familiarity with HTML, JSON, or FHIR standards.
  • Project management skills.

Work Requirements:

  • San Francisco Candidates: On-site 2–3 days/week on Market Street.
  • Remote Candidates: Stable high-speed internet and a secure work area.
