Position Overview

The Account Manager plays a critical role in delivering sales training programs for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. This role focuses on client communications, project coordination, and timely delivery of training materials.

Ideal for candidates with a project management foundation, especially in a healthcare agency or sales training context, this position offers the opportunity to grow into a client-facing role and gain exposure to strategic sales training and brand marketing programs.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Client Support & Communication

  • Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients

  • Collect client feedback and align internal teams to ensure clarity on project direction

  • Assist senior account leads with:

    • Presentations

    • Status reports

    • Client communications

🔹 Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables in collaboration with project managers

  • Coordinate reviews, approvals, and final delivery of assets

  • Ensure all materials adhere to:

    • Client goals

    • Compliance standards

    • Sales training strategy

🔹 Team Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams (creative, content, medical, operations) to move projects forward

  • Proactively identify potential project issues and work with manager to resolve

  • Contribute to internal meetings and brainstorming sessions with a collaborative mindset

🔹 Business & Financial Awareness

  • Support budget tracking, timeline management, and scope alignment

  • Learn how to manage freelance and out-of-pocket costs

  • Assist in maintaining the financial health of assigned accounts


Qualifications

🏆 Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in:

    • Communications

    • Marketing

    • Business

    • Related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in project or account management

    • Healthcare or pharmaceutical agency experience preferred

  • Previous experience in:

    • Hybrid PM/account roles (preferred)

    • Sales training or medical communications (a plus)
