Position Overview:

Responsible for planning, directing, creating, and communicating clinical study timelines. Ensures timely delivery of project milestones by collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing operational aspects of clinical trials, and maintaining compliance with SOPs, GCP, and country-specific regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and communicate clinical study timelines to meet milestones.

  • Gather input from clinical, regulatory, and data management teams to create comprehensive project plans.

  • Standardize procedures and implement best practices to ensure consistency across trials.

  • Oversee operational aspects of clinical trials and resolve issues while ensuring compliance with SOPs, GCP, and local regulations.

  • Select sites and vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.

  • Prepare and monitor clinical trial budgets to ensure adherence.

  • Track progress, monitor KPIs, and follow up with team members and line managers for deviations.

  • Implement and support clinical development strategies as outlined by clinical teams.

  • Develop and monitor trial recruitment strategies, including target population identification and enrollment progress.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical project management or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, SOPs, GCP, and country-specific regulations.


Certifications (Preferred):

  • Clinical Project Management or related field.

  • Good Clinical Practice (GCP).


Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Team collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
