Role Overview:
In Medical Affairs, we serve as the bridge between scientific information and clinical application. We lead the communication of scientific data and provide training on diseases and treatments to healthcare professionals. Collaborating with scientific leaders and medical societies, we ensure the dissemination of accurate, up-to-date information on Organon’s products, ensuring their safe and effective use in the medical community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Medical Services department in the medical review and medical information processes.
  • Assist in preparing scientific responses to medical inquiries.
  • Support the documentation of medical inquiries.
  • Conduct literature research and prepare summaries of scientific articles.
  • Aid in the review of promotional materials and medical content.
  • Special project: Redesign the Medical Affairs local SharePoint site to improve efficiency and accessibility.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

  • A pharmacy degree or other relevant life sciences degree (Master's in Medical Affairs preferred, but not required).
  • Strong ability to critically analyze and understand scientific journal articles.
  • General understanding of Medical Affairs responsibilities within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in English.
  • High level of scientific and ethical integrity.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Proficiency in technology systems, including MS Teams, Outlook, and Office suite.
