8-Week Temp-to-Hire Contract Position - Source Documentation Support

Position Summary: This role involves supporting project teams in the creation of source documentation in compliance with organizational and client-specific standard operating procedures (SOP) and work practice documents (WPD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze study protocols to incorporate necessary information and assessments into source documentation.
  • Create new source documents using pre-existing templates and building from scratch based on protocol specifications.
  • Integrate CRF/EDC requirements into the source documents.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers (PMs) to ensure source documentation is created and approved within specified timelines.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree is preferred.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating source documents.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel for study tracking purposes.
  • Preferred knowledge in protocol interpretation and clinical research.
  • Advanced English fluency and the ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
