Job Overview

Provide comprehensive medical review expertise to deliver efficient, high-quality data management outputs aligned with customer requirements. Support project management activities related to structured patient data review from a clinician’s perspective.


Essential Functions

Medical Review & Data Validation

  • Identify patient data anomalies to ensure medical plausibility and protocol compliance.

  • Assess subject-level data for medical congruency.

Project Management Support

  • Provide project management support with minimal guidance.

  • Work closely with clinical study teams, key decision makers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Lead and support continuous process improvement, issue escalation, workload forecasting, and technical guidance.

Client & Team Coordination

  • Maintain strong, positive customer relationships.

  • Attend Kick-Off meetings, weekly team meetings, and client calls as required.

Performance & Compliance Monitoring

  • Track service performance with guidance and support root cause analysis.

  • Implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.

  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of compliance-related issues.

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned therapeutic areas.

  • Provide training to clinical project teams on therapeutic areas and indications.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance quality of deliverables.


Qualifications

Education

  • MBBS with 2+ years’ experience, or

  • MD (any specialty) – freshers also eligible.

Experience

  • Experience in clinical data sciences within a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or a medical environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience required.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of clinical and medical data.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology.

  • Operational mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and implement appropriate actions.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

  • Capable of coaching and guiding team members.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Capable of handling multiple projects and priorities.

  • Strong customer-focus and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
