Job Description:

The Zonal Account Manager will work in the Clinical Sales – Surgeons area and contribute to establishing and implementing innovative programs and initiatives. This role involves identifying opportunities based on market trends and competitive analysis to enhance the organization’s strategy. The Zonal Account Manager will communicate product knowledge, launches, policies, and guidelines to the clinical sales area. Additionally, the role includes maintaining customer account information and setting up reports to track the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and Initiative Implementation: Support and implement programs and initiatives under general supervision within the Clinical Sales – Surgeons area.

  • Trend Analysis: Analyze trends and the competitive landscape to improve the sales strategy.

  • Account Management: Maintain customer account information and generate reports for monitoring the sales pipeline.

  • Data-Driven Sales: Utilize analytics tools to drive account targeting and track progress.

  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge within the assigned geography.

  • Coaching: Guide and mentor junior colleagues in sales techniques and responsibilities.

  • Sales Incentive: Eligible for sales incentives and commissions based on performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in MedTech or clinical sales, with a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape.

  • Knowledge of clinical sales processes and strategies.

  • Ability to analyze data and implement strategies to improve sales.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to coach junior colleagues.
