Job Summary:
The Senior Workforce Data Analyst will deliver data-driven insights to inform talent strategies and organizational decisions. This role involves designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics to measure HR program effectiveness and workforce trends. The analyst will partner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, enhancing workforce planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR data, systems, and reporting structures.

  • Translate business and HR questions into testable hypotheses and insights.

  • Perform data analysis and modeling across the employee lifecycle (hiring, engagement, performance, attrition).

  • Work with multiple data sources (Workday, Power BI, survey tools, Excel) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in Power BI, Workday, and Excel.

  • Support Business Development by providing workforce insights that inform pricing, staffing models, and client deliverables.

  • Provide analytics support for HR initiatives, including performance management, talent reviews, and engagement surveys.

  • Document reporting processes and maintain data dictionaries for transparency and consistency.

  • Drive process improvements for reporting efficiency, self-service, and HR data literacy.

  • Collaborate with global HRBPs, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and IT partners to ensure data accuracy and usability.

  • Share knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to a high-performing analytics culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of HR analytics or reporting experience in a global/matrixed environment.

  • Expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas).

  • Familiarity with Workday reporting strongly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods (regression, t-tests, correlation).

  • Skilled in data storytelling and translating findings into actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguity.

  • Experience in cross-functional or shared services environments preferred.

Salary Range: ₹18,00,000 – ₹26,00,000 per annum (estimated, based on senior HR/workforce analytics roles in Hyderabad).
