Role Overview
The Therapy Business Manager – GI Maxima will be responsible for driving business growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships within the Gastrointestinal (GI) therapy segment in Indore. This role focuses on market research, competitive intelligence, feasibility assessment, and sales strategy execution to strengthen brand positioning and achieve regional revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Business Feasibility

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies.

  • Identify growth opportunities in new markets, products, and service lines.

Strategic Data Analysis & Reporting

Sales Execution & Territory Management

  • Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies at the field level.

Experience Required

  • Associate’s Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, territory management, or therapy business management within the healthcare industry.

  • Prior experience in Gastrointestinal (GI) or specialty care segments preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and financial data.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Competencies

  • Experience in preparing feasibility reports and business case analyses.

  • Strong understanding of regional pharmaceutical market dynamics in Indore and Madhya Pradesh.

  • Ability to work independently and manage territory-level strategy execution.
