Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of Territory Business Manager. You will drive pharmaceutical sales in your designated territory by gathering market intelligence, conducting prescription audits, and implementing sales strategies. Additionally, you will manage customer relationships, address doctor queries, and ensure the effective management of sales data.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Market Intelligence: Gather data on market trends, competition, and sales performance from stockists and chemists and share it with the Sales Business Manager (SBM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM).

  • Prescription Audits: Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA) to identify potential high-prescribers and assist with sales forecasting.

  • Training & Product Knowledge: Attend relevant training programs and stay up to date on product literature.

  • Sales Planning & Budgeting: Obtain sales targets and budget information from SBM/RSM, and use the budget to plan launch activities such as CME sessions and product promotions.

  • Sales & Promotion: Conduct sales pitches, presentations, and meetings with doctors to promote products and achieve sales targets.

  • Data Management & Reporting: Collect and report sales data, track product sales, and update information on doctors, chemists, and retailers in the internal database.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Engage with doctors to understand prescription trends, address queries, and build strong relationships.

  • Query Management: Collect and address queries from doctors regarding products, and use feedback from the Infogini team to increase prescriptions.


Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate with a science background.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and marketing strategies.

  • Knowledge of key trends in pharmaceutical sales.

  • Experience with sales analysis and strategy implementation.

  • Basic computer skills.
