Role Purpose:
To deliver client solutions by bridging technology and business needs through techno-functional expertise and implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Delivery & Implementation:

  • Lead end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects from requirement management to deployment.

  • Analyze change feasibility, provide optimal client solutions with clear timelines.

  • Offer techno-functional support for new implementations; contribute to system development from scratch.

  • Assist solutioning team with architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.

  • Translate business processes and functional designs into ERP solutions.

  • Customize, extend, or integrate ERP systems using coding and testing.

  • Resolve daily technical queries; provide product support and maintenance.

  • Develop and deploy automation tools to optimize business processes.

  • Serve as a liaison between technical and functional aspects of the project.

  • Support both on-site managers and off-site teams with project updates.

2. Competency Building & Skill Upgradation:

  • Complete internal Wipro certifications and exams.

  • Attend domain-specific trainings and seminars.

  • Contribute knowledge through articles, papers, and case studies on internal platforms.
