Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Team Head – Clinical Label Management to lead Clinical Label Management (CLM) operations and drive operational excellence across global clinical supply projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Clinical Label Managers, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of labeling activities, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and innovation-driven work culture.

This leadership role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in clinical or commercial labeling, pharmaceutical supply chain operations, regulatory compliance, and global stakeholder management.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Talent Management

  • Lead and manage a team of Clinical Label Managers (CLMs) in a direct people management role.
  • Drive high standards in:

    • Resource availability
  • Monitor project execution and maintain operational discipline aligned with Global Clinical Supply (GCS) planning standards.
  • Act as the first escalation point for operational challenges and issue resolution.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with:
    • GMP standards
    • HSE requirements
    • Data Integrity policies
    • Data Privacy regulations
    • Internal corporate quality guidelines
  • Support internal audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Maintain adherence to global pharmaceutical and clinical labeling regulations.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
    • Internal business teams

    • Clinical supply functions
    • External operational partners
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and best-practice sharing across teams.
