Primary Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of task-level output within the function.

  • Set priorities for the team to ensure completion of assigned tasks.

  • Coordinate work activities with other supervisors and teams.

  • Develop plans to achieve short-term objectives.

  • Identify and resolve operational issues using defined processes, expertise, and judgment.

  • Make decisions guided by company policies, procedures, and business plans.

  • Ensure product, service, or process decisions positively impact employees and/or customers.

  • Comply with employment terms, company policies, and directives, including reassignments, work shifts, and flexible arrangements as business needs evolve.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline

  • Experience/Skills:

    • Performance management and project management

    • Coaching, supervision, and quality management

    • Results-driven approach with ability to foster teamwork

    • Developing budgets and standards

    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to handle pressure and provide constructive feedback

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

    • Ability to operate basic office equipment (copier, fax, etc.)
