Role Overview

The Study Coordinator – IChem is responsible for supporting bioanalytical studies, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality execution of both routine and non-routine studies. This includes checking analytical data, drafting documentation, generating study data, and coordinating study activities in compliance with regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate key client studies in compliance with GxP regulatory guidelines

  • Support all phases of bioanalysis studies in collaboration with Lead Scientists and Study Managers

  • Draft study documentation and generate study data

  • Oversee report production, including finalization and archiving of study data

  • Liaise with clients regarding study issues and provide team support to ensure timely completion


Qualifications & Education

  • Required: Scientific degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or relevant scientific industry experience

  • Experience:

    • Writing reports or administrative experience beneficial

    • Excellent computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail

    • Exceptional communication skills
