### **πŸ”Ž Job Overview**  
The **Strategist, Operational Strategy** will work closely with the **Sr. Director, Operational Strategy** and **assigned Project Director** to define key operational strategies for clinical trials. This includes preparing proposals, reviewing commercial materials, identifying project requirements, and ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are aligned. The role will also involve liaising with both internal teams and external partners to ensure the operational strategy is executed efficiently.

### **πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities**  
βœ” **Operational Strategy Definition**  
   - Collaborate with the Project Director and team to define operational strategy (timelines, key success factors, vendor needs, risk mitigation, etc.) for new business proposals  
   - Review and analyze RFPs and related documents to identify project requirements  
   - Gather insights from KOLs, investigators, and clients to refine the strategy  

βœ” **Collaboration with Internal Teams**  
   - Work with the CEO, CMO, Medical and Scientific teams to align on protocol design and challenges  
   - Request Site Selection team to collect pre-feasibility results and adjust operational strategies  
   - Engage with Vendor Management to finalize the vendor set for each project  

βœ” **Proposal Preparation and Presentation**  
   - Review and create proposal content, ensuring alignment with the defined strategy  
   - Guide the team in presenting proposals and operational strategy content at BID defense meetings  
   - Attend BD handover meetings to provide strategic background and share risk assessments  

βœ” **Operational Support Post-Award**  
   - Act as a resource for the project team during trial conduct to address operational challenges  
   - Guide the team to make informed decisions based on operational strategy  

### **πŸ“Œ Requirements**  
πŸŽ“ **Education**:  
   - **B.Sc.** in a field relevant to **clinical research** or equivalent experience  

πŸ›  **Experience**:  
   - **5+ years** of combined experience in clinical operations or project management, with at least **2 years** in a leadership role  
   - **Experience in dermatology** is a must  
   - **CRO experience** is required  

πŸ“œ **Skills & Competencies**:  
   - Deep understanding of **CRO services** in clinical projects (clinical trial management, data management, regulatory affairs, etc.)  
   - Strong knowledge of **ICH-GCP standards** and applicable regulations  
   - Excellent **oral and written English skills** (French is a plus)  
   - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment  
   - Strong **organizational**, **communication**, and **leadership** skills
