Location: Guardian Pharmacy, LLC, Cincinnati, OH

Compensation: $120,000 to $135,000 per year


Job Overview

Mullaney's Pharmacy & Home Healthcare, part of the Guardian family of pharmacies, is looking for a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join their rapidly growing team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in delivering customized medication management solutions for seniors and individuals with complex care needs.

Schedule

  • Weekly 4 - 10 hour shifts
  • Shift times: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. or 10:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately prepare and dispense medications, including filling, order entry, and packaging.
  • Verify prescriptions, ensuring legality, pharmaceutical feasibility, and patient safety.
  • Interpret prescription orders and exercise professional judgment in dispensing medications.
  • Ensure adherence to Federal and State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
  • Address queries from patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Evaluate inventory levels and place orders for necessary medications.
  • Supervise and provide feedback to pharmacy technicians.
  • Log medication errors and report occurrences.

Required Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (required).
  • State Pharmacist License (required).

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced computer skills, pharmacy operations system experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
