Overview:
As a Staff Pharmacist with Raley’s Companies, you'll work under the general guidance of the Pharmacy Manager to assist in the overall operation of the pharmacy. Responsibilities:
Pharmacy Operations: Assist in running the pharmacy, providing exceptional customer service, and processing prescriptions efficiently.
Therapeutic Monitoring: Ensure patients achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes and minimize adverse drug effects.
Patient Consultations: Provide professional counseling to patients on drug therapy and expected outcomes.
Compliance: Help maintain adherence to local, state, federal laws, and company policies.
Team Communication: Foster open communication between pharmacy and store staff to improve morale and support company objectives.

Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Pharmacy (B.S. or PharmD).
Licensing: Licensed pharmacist in the state of employment.
Knowledge: Familiarity with OTC drug laws, pharmacy policies, third-party plans, and financial reports.
Skills: High initiative and accuracy, excellent customer relations, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
Certifications: State-issued pharmacist license, immunization certification as required.
