Sr Statistical Programmer – Remote (India)
Job Summary:
Syneos Health is hiring a Sr Statistical Programmer with strong experience in SAS, SDTM, ADaM, and TLFs to support our global clinical trials. This fully remote opportunity in India is perfect for seasoned clinical data programmers with 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry. Key Responsibilities:
Develop SDTM, ADaM datasets, and TLFs using SAS or equivalent tools
Perform validation programming and resolve discrepancies with Biostatisticians and other teams
Maintain documentation, testing, and QC in compliance with ICH and SOPs
Anticipate potential issues, review mock shells, SAPs, annotated CRFs
Lead statistical programming deliverables and mentor junior programmers
Actively participate in sponsor, kickoff, and bid defense meetings
Ensure all timelines, quality, and regulatory requirements are met
Perform deliverable transfers and maintain inspection readiness
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in clinical statistical programming
Proficiency in SAS, especially for end-to-end programming (SDTM, ADaM, TLFs)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, computer science, or related fields
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a global team environment
