We are hiring a Sr. Specialist, Case Processor for multiple locations.

Your Job Responsibilities

Key Tasks:

  • Enter data into the Pharmacovigilance (PV) database.
  • Conduct initial Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) assessments, if applicable.
  • Assess the need for expedited reporting to Health Authorities or client partners, including evaluating reporting timelines.
  • Prepare standard reporting forms (e.g., CIOMS I, MedWatch Forms, XML files).
  • Draft and send follow-up requests.
  • Submit ICSRs to Health Authorities and client partners.
  • Complete and document case processing tasks.
  • Perform quality checks on ICSRs.
  • Conduct ICSR searches/retrievals from the EVWEB database and perform company/non-company case assessments.
  • Manage case allocation and tracking.
  • Train team members on the system and processes.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
