About the Role:

The (Sr) Project Manager leads the delivery of Non-Interventional Trials in North America. This role is accountable for project quality, timelines, and budget, ensuring cross-functional team collaboration and operational excellence. The position may involve management of multi-service, multi-region projects with therapeutic and financial complexity.

Scope: Infectious and respiratory diseases, oncology/hematology, neurosciences, cardiovascular/metabolic, general medicine, and vaccines


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact between sponsor and organization for assigned projects

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure delivery of time, cost, and quality objectives

  • Ensure clear responsibilities and communication for secondary project leads (regional or vendor-specific)

  • Demonstrate financial stewardship: manage budgets, resource alignment, out-of-scope activities, contract modifications

  • Establish and manage customer expectations throughout the project

  • Drive risk identification and issue resolution (RBQM/RESOLVE)

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements

  • Coach, mentor, and lead global/cross-functional teams with cultural awareness


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Experience:

  • 8+ years of related experience, including 5+ years in management

  • Proven leadership skills with cross-functional project team experience

  • Demonstrated experience in Global Trial Management for non-interventional trials


Skills & Competencies:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic areas, clinical development, and regulatory guidelines

  • Expert in cross-functional project management principles (time, quality, cost)

  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team motivation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and clinical project systems (CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity)

  • Skilled in process improvement, strategic development, and financial management

  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, risk identification, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in dynamic environments

  • Customer service, consultation, and relationship-building expertise


Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

  • Office/remote-based, able to communicate effectively with diverse teams

  • Able to work upright and stationary for standard office hours

  • Use and learn standard office equipment and technology

  • Perform successfully under pressure while managing multiple projects

  • May require travel

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
