Role Overview
The Sr. Information Security Risk Analyst serves as a senior member of the Third-Party Risk Management team. This role focuses on evaluating, mitigating, and monitoring cybersecurity risks associated with third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Third-Party Risk Management
Conduct detailed assessments of third-party cybersecurity practices to identify risks and gaps
Perform comprehensive external audits and compliance reviews relating to information security and risk management
Collaborate with third parties and internal stakeholders to implement mitigation measures and actionable controls
Identify, analyze, assess, monitor, and track risks while reporting on third-party risk profiles
Develop and maintain risk metrics and dashboards to provide actionable insights into risk exposure
Process Improvement & Automation
Drive automation of third-party risk management processes and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Participate in ad-hoc, non-systematic risk assessment requests
Industry Awareness & Guidance
Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and industry developments
Provide proactive risk mitigation recommendations based on current and anticipated risks
Qualifications
Proven experience in cybersecurity and third-party risk management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in information security
Experience in developing metrics, dashboards, and reporting for risk management
