Team / Department Overview:

  • Part of Sanofi Business Operations (SBO), an internal resource organization based in India.

  • Centralizes processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, R&D, Data & Digital functions.

  • SBO acts as a strategic and functional partner for Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations globally.


Role Summary:

Support HEVA (Health Economics and Value Assessment) initiatives to plan and generate robust health economics and value-based evidence. Contribute to research projects, economic modeling, trial design, and strategic evidence generation to maximize value propositions for global and US markets.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Evidence Generation & Research:

  • Execute HEVA evidence generation projects across therapy area portfolios.

  • Support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch research plans for investigational and marketed drugs:

    • Burden of illness studies

    • Epidemiology studies

    • Literature reviews and meta-analyses

    • Retrospective and prospective observational studies

    • Economic evaluations

    • Patient-reported outcomes

  • Assist in development of core value dossiers (CVD) and AMCP dossiers.

  • Support manager/HEVA product lead in execution and management of approved HEVA studies.

  • Seek opportunities to innovate value identification and evidence dissemination processes to improve payer access and reimbursement decisions.

2. Process & Documentation:

  • Assist in the development of HEVA strategic evidence materials.

  • Contribute to core HEVA evidence generation processes, templates, and portfolio products.

  • Ensure adherence to evidence generation guidelines and relevant standards.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:

  • Work with HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, External Affairs, and Market Access teams globally or locally.

  • Prepare relevant and customized deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with global HEVA teams across time zones.

4. People & Team Support:

  • Work independently and collaboratively within the HEVA team.

  • Support team in executing strategic evidence projects and maintaining TA expertise.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medical discipline, or equivalent.

  • Experience: 3+ years in HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) in pharmaceuticals, CRO consultancy, or academia.

  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills to translate clinical and economic data into payer evidence strategies.

  • Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, communication, writing skills, external engagement, independent and team-oriented work approach.


Languages:

  • Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
