About the Role
Sanofi is looking for a Senior Associate to join its HEVA (Health Economics and Value Assessment) Evidence Synthesis team. The role involves supporting evidence generation and contributing to strategic decision-making through research projects and economic evaluations. This position provides an opportunity to enhance the global market access strategy and influence product life cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HEVA team in generating health economics and value-based evidence for assigned therapeutic areas.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop evidence generation plans, including burden of illness studies, epidemiology, literature reviews, and economic evaluations.
  • Assist in the execution of approved HEVA studies, supporting both clinical and economic research aspects.
  • Contribute to the creation of core value dossiers (CVD) and AMCP dossiers.
  • Ensure compliance with evidence generation guidelines and support the development of strategic evidence material.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across global teams to identify evidence generation needs and prepare relevant deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) in the pharmaceutical industry, CRO consultancy, or academia.
  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret clinical and economic data and translate it into payer evidence strategies.
  • Experience with health technology assessments (HTA) and reimbursement decision-making processes.
