Position Overview
The Senior Associate – Quality Systems and Analytics provides operational support to TrackWise, quality management processes, and corporate quality systems such as SyncUp and SharePoint. This role is suited for candidates with strong attention to detail, an understanding of GxP environments, and the ability to collaborate across departments while managing multiple tasks in a structured and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Systems Support
Perform daily operational activities for TrackWise, including system maintenance and end-user support.
Support the management and upkeep of additional corporate quality systems, such as SyncUp and SharePoint.
Assist in the execution and oversight of quality processes, including CAPA management and other compliance workflows.
Process and Documentation Management
Maintain corporate quality documentation, records, and administrative materials as assigned.
Support corporate quality audits, reviews, and inspection readiness activities.
Ensure system configuration, documentation, and workflows comply with internal SOPs and GxP expectations.
Project and Initiative Participation
Contribute to process improvement and system enhancement initiatives within Corporate Quality.
Participate in cross-functional development of quality-related systems and processes.
Lead selected quality initiatives or operational activities based on business needs.
Cross-Functional Support
Provide timely assistance to Corporate Quality leadership and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate quality-related tasks efficiently across teams with high accuracy and professionalism.
Required Qualifications & Experience
High school education required; additional training or certification in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or GxP-related fields preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a GxP, pharmaceutical, clinical research, or quality systems role.
Experience with TrackWise, quality management systems, or electronic QMS platforms is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email communication, and SharePoint.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational ability, and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and proactively support team objectives.
Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration capabilities.
