As a **Specialist – Quality Services**, you will be the **second-level contact** for regulatory and quality-related inquiries, providing expert support for a **global Life Science product portfolio**.  

### **Your Role**  
- **Customer Inquiry & Knowledge Services**  
  - Serve as a key advisor for **quality and regulatory topics**, offering **consultative services and documentation support**.  
  - Collaborate with internal teams (**Quality, Regulatory, Business**) to resolve customer inquiries.  
  - Bridge the gap between customers and internal stakeholders by simplifying **complex quality and regulatory topics**.  
- **Process Improvement & Digital Transformation**  
  - Enhance **digital workflows** to improve service levels and **customer satisfaction**.  
  - Act as a **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** for specific **product portfolios or regulatory topics**.  
  - Drive **continuous improvement** initiatives in regulatory support systems.  

### **Who You Are**  
- **Education:**  
  - Master’s Degree in **Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent**.  
- **Experience:**  
  - **4+ years** in a **customer service-oriented role** within Life Science, Biotechnology, or related industries.  
  - Knowledge of **pharmaceutical raw materials** (Excipient & API) regulatory standards is a plus.  
- **Skills:**  
  - Strong **analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills**.  
  - Proficiency in **SFDC, SAP, Microsoft 365, and digital tools**.  
  - Ability to manage **global and APAC regional stakeholders**, including **attending calls outside office hours**.  
  - A **customer-centric mindset** with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
