Analyze and interpret medical records to assign accurate and compliant medical codes
Ensure correct coding of healthcare products in accordance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders to resolve coding discrepancies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ICD, CPT, and applicable coding regulations
Utilize medical coding software and healthcare IT tools to manage and maintain coding data
Monitor coding trends and implement best practices to improve quality and productivity
Conduct and support periodic audits to ensure coding accuracy and compliance
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance coding workflows and data quality
Assist in developing and maintaining coding policies, protocols, and procedures
Support training and mentoring of junior coding professionals
Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to address coding-related queries
Contribute to initiatives that improve healthcare service quality and operational effectiveness
Minimum 2 years of experience in medical coding within the healthcare industry
Hands-on experience with healthcare documentation, coding standards, and compliance processes
Strong understanding of healthcare products and medical coding requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex clinical documentation
High attention to detail to ensure coding precision and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in healthcare coding tools, software, and related systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare regulations and coding guidelines
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and/or
