Job Title: Software Trainee


Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Software Trainee to join our Technology team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates looking to begin their career in software and data operations. The position involves supporting the generation, quality control, and submission of data tables used in pharmacovigilance reports. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of required data.


Key Responsibilities

Data Table Management

  • Monitor DocFlow for upcoming reports and assign tasks to Aggregate Data Management Specialists

  • Refresh and send preliminary tables to client PSSR authors at DLP-45

  • Receive and process table requests from clients

  • Communicate with requestors for clarification and additional information

  • Generate all requested data tables and ensure quality output

Quality Assurance and Submission

  • Conduct quality control (QC) and peer reviews of generated data tables

  • Upload final tables into GDMS (Global Document Management System)

  • Notify PSSR authors when data tables are available

  • Create aggregate case lists post-submission to agencies

Tool Utilization and Compliance

  • Learn and maintain a working knowledge of data table generation tools and systems

  • Ensure on-time delivery of data tables in coordination with PSSR authors

  • Accurately record workflow and delivery information for metrics tracking

  • Adhere to internal quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), and regulatory compliance practices


Desirable Skills and Experience

  • 0–1 years of experience in a software or data-related role

  • Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software design principles

  • Good verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Awareness of modern computing technologies

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
