Key Responsibilities

Feasibility and Site Identification

  1. Develop Site List: Collaborate with the Global Feasibility Lead to create an initial site list for feasibility and site identification, in line with program and protocol requirements.
  2. Feasibility Process Oversight: Manage the entire feasibility and site identification process, including survey development, programming, local resource training, oversight of site outreach, and the creation of progress reports.
  3. Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with Global Feasibility Leads to gather country and investigator feedback, and provide summary and analysis of the results.
  4. Evaluate Site Information Sources: Assess available sources of site data, weighing their advantages and disadvantages, to optimize site identification.
  5. Maintain Timelines and Site Selection: Oversee the management of timelines and changes to target site lists, ensuring the achievement of the target number of potential sites in each region and country.
  6. Site Identity Matching: Coordinate with the master data management team to facilitate identity matching for sites.
  7. Literature and Internet Research: Conduct relevant literature and internet searches to support site identification.

Training and Quality Assurance

  1. Survey Development: Create and manage electronic surveys using company software, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
  2. Training Delivery: Develop and deliver training on feasibility and site identification requirements and processes to internal teams.
  3. Internal Tracking: Ensure site identification teams in each country update and maintain internal tracking tools.

Collaboration and Risk Management

  1. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, start-up, clinical, country, and project management teams, to ensure smooth site identification processes.
  2. Risk Management: Identify potential risks or out-of-scope activities and develop contingency plans with appropriate stakeholders.
  3. Audit Support: Contribute to the development of audit presentations and documentation related to site identification oversight.

Other Duties

  1. Perform any additional duties as required by the department.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in clinical site identification, feasibility, or clinical research.
  • Familiarity with site identification tools and processes in clinical trials.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage timelines, resources, and project scope effectively.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate site information and mitigate risks.
  • Experience in training and process documentation.
