Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the initial site list for feasibility and site identification in collaboration with the Global Feasibility Lead.
  • Oversee the entire Feasibility/Site Identification process, including survey development, programming, local resource training, and site outreach.
  • Create progress reports, manage site selection tools, and make informed decisions based on data.
  • Support Global Feasibility Leads in collecting country and investigator feedback and providing analysis.
  • Ensure feasibility and site identification studies are conducted as per timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Develop site lists in alignment with program or protocol requirements, working closely with strategy and start-up teams.
  • Evaluate available sources of potential site information and manage site list requirements until the target number of potential sites is identified.
  • Assist in identity matching by coordinating master data management triggers.
  • Conduct literature and internet searches and utilize site performance data sources.
  • Create electronic surveys using company software and produce standalone or topline surveys.
  • Participate in internal planning meetings, client interactions, and interim teleconferences.
  • Ensure survey-driven data accuracy and quality.
  • Identify potential risks and out-of-scope activities, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure country-specific site identification teams update internal tracking tools.
  • Develop and deliver feasibility and site identification training.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including legal, start-up, clinical, and project management.
  • Contribute to audit presentations and documentation.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.
