Job Overview
The Site Initiation & Kit Inventory Coordinator (Entry Level) plays a critical role in managing clinical trial supply logistics, specifically collection kits and materials across investigator sites. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals seeking to enter the clinical research and lab operations domain.


Work Schedule
Rotational shifts based on business requirements:

  • Morning Shift: 05:30 AM – 02:30 PM

  • Afternoon Shift: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • Night Shift: 08:30 PM – 05:30 AM


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system at project and site level in alignment with study requirements

  • Process and enter work orders into internal databases after reviewing project-specific protocols

  • Monitor and update inventory levels of clinical trial collection kits across sites

  • Coordinate with investigator sites to ensure timely resupply of kits and materials

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate complex supply chain issues to Project Managers

  • Review incoming requests from Investigator Support Teams and ensure accurate fulfillment

  • Customize and adjust KMS systems based on site-specific or protocol-specific requirements

  • Support Technical Administrators in resolving database and kit configuration issues

  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), and internal compliance standards

  • Track operational metrics and generate reports within defined timelines

  • Document service issues, resolve them efficiently, and escalate when required

  • Contribute to the implementation of global processes and continuous improvement initiatives


Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field

Preferred Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree in Life Sciences

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in clinical research, lab operations, or supply chain

  • Freshers with strong understanding of clinical research processes are encouraged to apply


Key Skills Required

  • Understanding of clinical trial processes and site operations

  • Strong attention to detail and data management skills

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced environments

  • Effective communication and coordination skills

  • Basic knowledge of clinical systems and inventory tracking tools is an advantage
