Role Summary:

The Site Contracts Specialist II is responsible for managing and executing the site identification process, including site contracts and agreements, in compliance with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements. This role serves as the primary point of contact for investigative sites and ensures timely completion and accuracy of all deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute site identification processes per regulations, SOPs, and project requirements

  • Complete and negotiate site confidentiality agreements (CDAs) and site information forms (SIFs) with investigative sites

  • Maintain, review, and report on site performance metrics; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

  • Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites, providing guidance and support throughout the site identification process

  • Track the completion of site identification, ensuring all documentation is collected and maintained

  • Contribute to process improvement, program implementation, and policy delivery

  • Manage defined project components, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to support roles or team members


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • Experience: 3–5 years in budget negotiation, financial agreements, or site management

  • Practical knowledge of clinical operations and common practices in India

  • Established and productive individual contributor


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in maintaining, reviewing, and reporting performance metrics

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of regulations, SOPs, and project requirements related to site identification


Certifications (Preferred):

  • Relevant certifications in clinical research or site management

  • Support overall success of clinical trials and research projects

  • Contribute to the design, implementation, or delivery of processes, programs, and policies
