Job Description:

As a Senior Statistician, you will manage projects, lead statistical consulting efforts, and provide high-quality statistical support to clients across various therapeutic areas. You may also be responsible for mentoring or directly managing junior statisticians.

This position is ideal for technically skilled professionals with a strong passion for statistics and a desire to contribute to the development of new medicines. You will be part of a global team of experts delivering bespoke data solutions and interacting with international colleagues in a flexible, fully remote work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide statistical consulting and support across multiple therapeutic areas and clinical trial phases

  • Develop and review statistical analysis plans (SAPs)

  • Perform and interpret statistical analyses of clinical trial data

  • Contribute to study protocols, case report forms (CRFs), and SAPs

  • Conduct simulations or modeling studies to support decision-making

  • Perform quality control of statistical deliverables in accordance with regulatory standards

  • Mentor junior statisticians and offer training in statistical methods


Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Statistics or a related field

  • Proven experience in statistical analysis within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry

  • Strong understanding of statistical principles and clinical trial methodologies

  • Proficiency in SAS programming and familiarity with statistical tools such as R or Python

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively within global, cross-functional teams
