Job Title: Quality Control Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Analyst to join our team. The individual will be responsible for conducting audits, ensuring quality standards, providing feedback, and participating in training and monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management:

  • Perform audits on cases assigned by the Project Manager.

  • Provide real-time feedback (within 24 hours) to abstractors after audits.

  • Construct corrective action plans for MDAs with recurring errors and ensure timely corrections.

  • Self-report activities like time spent on records, completed audits, and other reporting functions assigned by Operations and QA management teams.

Training and Monitoring:

  • Escalate performance concerns and issues as needed.

  • Assist with retraining of underperforming staff.

  • Actively participate and contribute to QA Programs and initiatives.

Special Projects:

  • May participate in special projects or client-specific initiatives as directed.

Security Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that passwords are never shared with anyone.

  • Ensure systems are locked when not in use.

  • Ensure that unauthorized applications are not used.

  • Ensure no PHI data is saved on the Vasta domain.


Education & Experience:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 16 months of non-clinical experience (Clinical Data Management / Abstraction).

    • Auditing experience is a plus.

  • Qualification:

    • Medicos.

    • Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
