Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Process Management:
    Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    Work with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop job descriptions.

  • Sourcing Talent:
    Utilize recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

  • Talent Pipeline Development:
    Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

  • Candidate Coordination:
    Conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.

  • Candidate Experience:
    Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.

  • Recruitment Metrics:
    Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the hiring processes.

  • Industry Trends:
    Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.


Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.

  • Proven Success:
    A proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles, including senior-level positions.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
