About the Team
The Sanofi Global Hub (SGH), based in India, is a centralized global resource organization that supports:
Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions.
SGH acts as a strategic partner for global Medical, HEVA, and Commercial teams, delivering high-quality tactical support across Sanofi’s global network.
About the Role
The Senior Scientific Writer – HEVA plays a key role in developing high-quality, evidence-based communication materials that demonstrate the value, outcomes, and impact of Sanofi products to healthcare decision-makers, payers, and scientific communities.
You will:
Create complex HEVA communications deliverables (e.g., manuscripts, posters, abstracts, and slide decks).
Manage publication processes and ensure compliance with global publication standards.
Coach junior writers and ensure content excellence across HEVA deliverables.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HEVA, RWE, and scientific communication teams globally.
Key Responsibilities
🧩 Content Development & Strategy
Develop HEVA communication materials (manuscripts, posters, abstracts, slide decks) aligned with the global HEVA communication plan.
Ensure consistency with Core Value Dossiers, AMCP dossiers, and other HEVA submissions.
Maintain Core Value Decks for key products—regularly updating HEVA evidence summaries.
Innovate in HEVA communication to enhance relevance and impact of evidence for access and reimbursement decisions.
Manage end-to-end publication workflow using iEnvision (formerly Datavision/Matrix).
👥 People & Collaboration
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders (medical, HEVA, and scientific communities).
Interact with healthcare professionals and internal experts to refine publication content.
Mentor and review content created by junior HEVA writers.
Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and quality writing.
⚙️ Process & Compliance
Manage HEVA communication processes, templates, and publication materials.
Ensure adherence to publication SOPs and compliance policies.
Conduct publication-needs analyses in collaboration with scientific communication teams.
Coordinate with regional vendors to deliver timely, compliant, and high-quality outputs.
Continuously improve processes through feedback and training innovations.
🌍 Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with global and local teams in HEVA, RWE, and Scientific Communications to identify publication needs.
Liaise with Medical Affairs, COA, and other internal departments to ensure strategic alignment of HEVA communications.
Provide strategic publication support to individuals and institutions serving as publication resources.
About You
🎓 Education:
Advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related health-scientific discipline.
💼 Experience:
4–8 years of relevant experience in HEOR / HEVA / Medical Writing, within the pharmaceutical industry, CROs, or academia.
Experience with Good Publication Practices, scientific content creation, and publication management systems (Datavision/iEnvision).
🧠 Technical Skills:
Knowledge of health economics methodologies, value assessment, and evidence communication.
Proficiency in publication tools, data interpretation, and report writing.
Experience managing complex scientific content and coordinating across cross-functional teams.
💬 Soft Skills:
Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination abilities.
Strong communication, editing, and scientific storytelling skills.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
🌐 Languages:
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
