As a Senior Project Manager at Innovaderm, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of clinical trials. You will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Your leadership will guide the project team towards achieving objectives and delivering results.

πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities

βœ” Client Interactions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the sponsor
  • Provide timely and efficient updates on trial progress
  • Lead client calls effectively

βœ” Project Planning & Management

  • Oversee preparation of project deliverables, including study plans, protocols, informed consent forms, and clinical study reports
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of Investigator’s Meetings
  • Ensure sites are equipped with the necessary materials for study implementation

βœ” Quality & Risk Management

  • Ensure projects are audit-ready at all times
  • Monitor and address any quality issues related to deliverables, including vendor and SubCRO work
  • Manage risk and ensure project quality
  • Analyze discrepancies between planned and actual results

βœ” Budget & Timelines

  • Control the project budget, ensuring accurate tracking of internal hours and out-of-scope activities
  • Manage the operational aspects of the trial, including timelines, resources, and vendor coordination
  • Report on recruitment status and implement initiatives to meet recruitment timelines

βœ” Team Leadership

  • Lead the core project team, including Project Managers, Coordinators, and Assistants
  • Ensure team members are adequately trained on project details
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, compliant deliverables

πŸ“Œ Requirements

πŸŽ“ Education:

  • B.Sc. in a clinical research-related field
  • PMP certification is an asset

πŸ›  Experience:

  • 10+ years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in a CRO
  • 7+ years of clinical project management experience, including all project phases
  • Experience managing multi-regional studies and Phase III trials
  • Experience with dermatology, oncology, or inflammatory bowel diseases trials is a plus

πŸ“œ Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in GCP and ICH standards, along with knowledge of FDA and local regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong fluency in English (bilingualism is an asset)
  • Ability to work well in teams and maintain strong relationships with sponsors
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
