As a Senior Project Associate, you will manage client-facing digital projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful execution of web and digital initiatives for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.

Job Summary:
The Senior Project Associate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of web and digital solutions, including websites, microsites, landing pages, and integrations. You will act as the key delivery partner for client accounts, ensuring quality, timeliness, compliance, and operational excellence while managing multiple work streams in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of digital projects across websites, microsites, landing pages, and integrated platforms.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client delivery operations, coordinating internal teams (business, technology, QA, operations) and offshore/onshore resources.

  • Develop, track, and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; ensure timely escalations and resolutions.

  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, quality standards, and client expectations, aligned with contracts or Statements of Work (SOW).

  • Oversee resource allocation, vendor management, and cost control for assigned accounts.

  • Monitor account performance through operational metrics (timelines, defect rates, budget variance, client satisfaction) and implement continuous improvements.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among marketing, brand, digital, UX, analytics, and technical teams.

  • Enforce adherence to project management, QA, change management, and documentation standards.

  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of high performance and operational excellence.

  • Identify operational efficiencies, potential upsell opportunities, and improvements in delivery models.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, medical, and regulatory standards for web and digital operations in healthcare and life sciences.

  • Optimize web assets for performance, usability, analytics, and SEO in collaboration with digital teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a relevant discipline; Master’s/MBA is a plus.

  • 5–8+ years of experience in delivery, project, or account management for web or digital projects, with a preference for client-facing roles.

  • Proven experience managing web applications, digital platforms, websites, or related solutions, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments.

  • Strong understanding of web technologies, digital delivery lifecycle, QA processes, and deployment standards.

  • Experience managing distributed teams (onshore/offshore) and vendor relationships.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management, and financial oversight.

  • Analytical mindset, process-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Office) and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital programs within healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals.

  • Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, tag management, and digital marketing operations.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or Agile certification.

  • Experience managing multi-service portfolios (web, mobile, omnichannel).

  • Understanding of account financial tracking, revenue, cost, and margin management.

  • Exposure to offshore delivery and global time-zone coordination.
