Job Overview
Eurofins Scientific is hiring a Senior Project Management Assistant to support project management operations within its bio/pharmaceutical analysis division. This role involves providing administrative and technical support to Project Managers, managing project workflows, coordinating with internal scientific teams, and ensuring efficient execution of laboratory studies and client deliverables.
The position requires direct client interaction, strong organizational skills, and technical expertise in project coordination within regulated environments. This role also offers a strong career pathway for professionals aspiring to transition into Project Management positions.

Key Responsibilities
Support sample and project management activities, including study setup, review of material items, and management of study timelines.
Develop and maintain project plans to support Project Management teams.
Manage incoming and internal reference standards, including coordination with clients for updated Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) prior to expiration.
Collaborate with pricing and analytical teams to generate project quotations and build sample entry templates.
Track project financials, including purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and special billing requests.
Support end-of-month billing processes for eligible client accounts.
Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers across multiple assignments.
Coordinate with internal scientific and support departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry or a related discipline.
5–7 years of experience in bio/pharmaceutical analysis or related industry.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage.
Key Skills and Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in client interaction.
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as MS Project or similar platforms.
Experience working with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) or equivalent systems is preferred.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance standards is desirable.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet critical deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
