Job Overview

The Senior Project Associate – Web Account will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of web and digital solutions for designated client accounts. This role requires managing multiple workstreams, coordinating between business and technical teams (onshore/offshore), and ensuring operational excellence, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. You will serve as the key delivery partner, driving continuous improvement in processes and contributing to account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of web and digital projects including websites, microsites, landing pages, and integrations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client account operations, aligning internal teams and client stakeholders.

  • Develop, maintain, and track delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; ensure timely escalation and resolution.

  • Monitor project delivery against contract/SOW, scope, schedule, quality, and budget expectations.

  • Manage resource allocation, vendor relationships, and cost control for assigned accounts.

  • Track account delivery health through operational metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, defect rates, client satisfaction) and implement improvements.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across marketing, brand, UX, analytics, technology, and offshore teams.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices, process standards, QA, documentation, and change management.

  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering high-performance delivery culture.

  • Identify account growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and potential upsell or expansion initiatives.

  • Manage compliance for legal, medical, and regulatory requirements in digital and web operations.

  • Optimize web assets for performance, usability, analytics, and SEO in collaboration with digital teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline. Master’s/MBA is a plus.

  • 5–8+ years of experience in project, delivery, or account management for web/digital projects; client-facing delivery experience preferred.

  • Proven experience managing web applications, digital platforms, or websites, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated environments.

  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, QA, deployment, and digital delivery lifecycles.

  • Experience managing distributed teams, vendor relationships, and multi-service line portfolios.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to interact with senior client leadership.

  • Strong project management skills: planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management, and financial oversight.

  • Analytical mindset with process orientation and continuous improvement focus.

  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies, Jira/Confluence, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with healthcare or life sciences digital programs.

  • Understanding of web analytics, SEO, digital marketing operations, and tag management.

  • Professional certifications: PMP, ScrumMaster, or Agile.

  • Experience in multi-service line delivery (web, mobile, omnichannel).

  • Financial tracking expertise (revenue, cost, margin) and commercial acumen.

  • Offshore delivery experience and managing global time zones.
