Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute strategic patient engagement plans with optimized channel selection

  • Develop networks with professional collaborators, partners, and patient organizations to improve obesity management

  • Facilitate an ecosystem of touchpoints for patients seeking information and support

  • Conduct market research to enhance the patient journey and engagement pillars

  • Align with stakeholders including prescribers, nurses, and pharmacies to improve the patient journey

  • Develop innovative support solutions, such as educational tools and materials

  • Implement innovative solutions for patient educational activities, events, platforms, and materials

  • Develop digital marketing strategies for brand promotional activities

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a degree in Life Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related field

  • MBA degree in Business/Marketing from a Premier B School

  • 7+ years of experience in Commercial Leadership, Marketing & Sales

  • Strong skills in market research, social media listening, and digital media

  • Ability to manage change when implementing programs and handling external vendors

  • Strong data understanding and the ability to form insights from multiple sources

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Proven track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders
