The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Principal Clinical Specialist, Digital Solutions to join our Sylmar, CA location. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic clinical leadership to guide cardiovascular product development and implementation efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of health technology and clinical care.


What You’ll Work On

  • Clinical Leadership: Act as the clinical authority within cross-functional teams, ensuring clinical input is integrated into product development.
  • Product Excellence: Collaborate with product managers and R&D to ensure products meet clinical standards and align with healthcare workflows.
  • Innovation and Optimization: Identify new clinical opportunities and optimize workflows for healthcare providers and patients.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Work with marketing and commercial teams to track KPIs and provide insights to improve product performance.
  • Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, health system leaders, and clinical department chairs to drive success.
  • Quality Reviews: Perform clinical quality reviews to ensure products meet criteria, workflows, and technical standards.
  • Clinical Education: Lead internal educational sessions to keep teams informed on clinical content and standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced degrees preferred). Clinical certifications or experience in clinical research are desirable.
  • Experience: 10+ years of clinical experience, with expertise in cardiac anatomy and cardiovascular health.
  • Clinical Training: Experience in heart failure, structural heart, or arrhythmia.
  • Leadership: 3+ years of experience building or delivering applicable products and services. Prior leadership experience, either with direct reports or matrix teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical Degree: MD, PhD, MSN, or other relevant clinical field degree.
  • License: Current, valid license (NP, PA, MD, or DO) with specialization in cardiology.
