Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Analyst to join our Operations team, supporting US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes. This role focuses on resolving claims and operational tasks with precision, efficiency, and adherence to established procedures while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues while understanding the broader impact on revenue cycle workflows.


Candidate Profile

The successful candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, accountability, and the ability to take ownership of tasks through to resolution. You should have expertise in specific operational areas while maintaining awareness of the end-to-end revenue cycle, always seeking ways to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.


Team Overview

The Operations team manages critical workflows across clinical and revenue cycle platforms, executing key initiatives in athenaClinicals and athenaCollector. The team collaborates with customers and internal stakeholders, leveraging platform intelligence to improve product performance and service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute tasks related to US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management with accuracy and timeliness

  • Resolve claims and operational work items while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality

  • Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and reports of tasks completed

  • Identify opportunities to reduce operational waste and streamline workflows


Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

  • 3–4 years of experience in a fast-paced operations or healthcare environment

  • Prior exposure to US Healthcare RCM processes is preferred


Preferred Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and transactional workflows

  • Proven attention to detail and documentation accuracy

  • Ability to analyze issues and implement solutions effectively
