Job Title: Medical Affairs Specialist


Main Purpose of Role

The Medical Affairs Specialist serves as an individual contributor with comprehensive expertise in Medical Affairs. The role involves executing highly complex and specialized projects, adapting established practices, and developing innovative solutions. The Specialist provides advanced knowledge and leadership in clinical research, regulatory compliance, and safety monitoring.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a highly experienced and knowledgeable resource within Medical Affairs, providing direction, planning, and execution for clinical trials and research activities.

  • Oversee data collection processes and ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of clinical trial information.

  • Contribute to the implementation of clinical protocols and facilitate the completion of final reports.

  • Recruit clinical investigators, negotiate study designs, and manage study costs.

  • Direct Phase III & IV human clinical trials for company products under development.

  • Participate in adverse event reporting and monitor drug safety responsibilities.

  • Coordinate preparation and submission of reports to regulatory agencies.

  • Ensure adherence to clinical trial protocols and determine study completion criteria.

  • Coordinate and oversee investigator-initiated and group studies.

  • Act as consultant/liaison with partner organizations under licensing agreements.


Qualifications

  • Education: MD in Pharmacology (Mandatory)

  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, clinical trials, or related functions
